* Prodotto Abbattuto a Bordo: Alimento sottoposto a Trattamento di Bonifica preventiva tramite Abbattimento Termico Direttamente all’origine (a bordo delle Imbarcazioni), conforme al Reg. (CE) n. 853/2004, Allegato III, Sezione VIII, Capitolo 3, punto D.
** Prodotto Abbattuto in Loco: Alimento sottoposto a Trattamento di Abbattimento Termico presso la Nostra Cucina, nel Rispetto delle Procedure Previste dal Sistema HACCP, per garantire la Massima Sicurezza Alimentare senza alterarne le Proprietà Organolettiche.

* Product blast-chilled on board: food subjected to a preventive safety treatment through blast chilling directly at the source (on board fishing vessels), in compliance with Reg. (EC) No. 853/2004, Annex III, Section VIII, Chapter 3, point D.
** Product blast-chilled on site: food subjected to blast chilling treatment in our kitchen, following the procedures established by the HACCP system, to ensure maximum food safety while preserving its natural flavor and texture.
